Administrative Assistant (Japanese Business)
Responsibilities:
General
- Understand our Company philosophy "To be a Good Company" and act in accordance with it.
- Read our "J-Standard" thoroughly and understand and act in accordance with it.
Business Development
- Contribute to the annual marketing strategies for Japanese Business Marketing by supporting marketing staffs in order to achieve the projected premium and profitability targets.
- Provide customer services to clients on the general enquiries pertaining to clients' policies.
- Responsible for smooth daily administrative operations including system operations.
- Create and modify client/agent codes and updating of client's information in the system with accuracy.
- Process and issue policies/endorsements.
- Check all policies/endorsements process.
- Prepare cover letters to attach into policies for dispatch to clients.
- Prepare draft policies and endorsements.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of renewal notices, claims statistics and summary of insurance.
- Sort out renewal notices and extract policy files for renewal due.
- Do the maintenance for the effective policies and/or documents.
- Cover colleagues' duties in absence.
- Other duties and assignments which are instructed by superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma holders, GCE O Level or related discipline;
- Fresh entry from ITE/Polytechnics is welcome;
- Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience;
- Prepare to take up Certificate In General Insurance (CGI) exam if required;;
- Willingness to learn and meticulous;
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills;
