Administrative Assistant

Role Overview

This role provides administrative and operational support to the E-commerce team and senior leadership, ensuring efficient daily operations, strong team engagement, and high-quality execution of key activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to 4 Senior Directors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, and daily coordination to ensure smooth and efficient team operations
  • Lead admin community initiatives to strengthen team capabilities (e.g. company policy understanding, stewardship practices), and execute ongoing employee wellbeing programs to promote health and organization morale
  • Organize and execute key office events such as town halls, leadership visits, and major team gatherings, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality delivery
  • Support E-commerce–related activities and KCP processes, while facilitating coordination across internal stakeholders
  • Own and manage the E-commerce team’s daily shipment reporting with accuracy and timeliness


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and service mindset
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
