Administrative Clerk
Overview
Job Duties:
- Accurately process a high volume of data into the Shipyard Discrepancy Control System, 7G, in support of all Shipyard Key Events
- Support various administrative tasks within MS Word, Excel, Power-Point and Adobe
- Attention to detail is essential due to the processing of the heavy volume of multiple documents
- Interface with various levels of management
- Cross-training of office functions will be expected to ensure full coverage of responsibilities
- Based on the ship's schedule, willingness to work weekend overtime is required
This is a third shift on-site position located in Groton, CT.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years relevant administrative/clerical experience in an office setting
- Intermediate skills within Microsoft

- Accuracy of work needs to meet high standards and will be audited frequently
