Administrative Executive - property department/ Real Estate, Work Independently

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital records, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates

  • Handle document scanning, tracking, and filing to support payment processing activities

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, site visits, and manage scheduling arrangements for the team

  • Prepare and process monthly reimbursement and claim submissions

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration

  • Experience in Real estate or property Industry

  • Good coordination skills

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage fast-paced operations

  • Able to work independently
