Job Description
Role: ADO Admin - Associate (IT Operations | Program Delivery | Data Quality and Release Management)
Experience: 2 - 3 yrs
Location: Hyderabad
Summary
The ADO Administrator supports program delivery operations by administering and maintaining the Azure DevOps (ADO) platform to enable consistent requirements traceability, artifact management, and delivery execution. The role focuses on tool configuration, access management, data hygiene controls, and operational support to ensure ADO reliably supports program, project, and quality management needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Azure DevOps (ADO) projects, boards, and work item structures
- Manage user access, permissions, and security groups in alignment with governance standards
- Configure and maintain work item types, fields, workflows, and templates to support traceability and delivery consistency
- Support artifact linkage configuration (epics, features, stories, test cases, defects, releases)
- Perform basic data hygiene and platform health checks to support reporting and traceability accuracy
- Support PMO and delivery teams with ADO usage, troubleshooting, and operational questions
- Assist with environment setup, project onboarding, and standard configuration enforcement
- Partner with Data Quality, PMO, and Delivery leads to support traceability and quality management requirements

- Azure DevOps (ADO) administration and configuration
- Work item management, workflows, and board configuration
- User access, permissions, and security group management
- Basic understanding of requirements traceability concepts
- Strong organizational and operational support skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Early‑career experience supporting delivery tools, PMO platforms, or IT systems
- Familiarity with Agile and SDLC concepts preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools strongly preferred
