Advance Practice Nurse (Nurse Anesthetist)

About the Position: This position is located at General Leonard Wood Community Hospital Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Provide the full range of anesthesia services.

Administer anesthesia via the most appropriate method for each patient’s procedure.

Interpret and address abnormal diagnostic data and changes in signs and symptoms; modify anesthetic plan accordingly.

Serve as an anesthesia resource consultant to a wide variety of medical, surgical, and nursing specialties to delineate the latest advances in anesthesia practice.

Formulate and evaluate clinical care standards and treatment programs for effectiveness in meeting patient needs.
