AIML - Sr Engineering Program Manager, Apple Intelligence

In this role, responsibilities include but not limited to: Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+) Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience Capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent Bilingual, fluent in both Chinese and English Preferred Qualifications Master’s or PhD degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, other Quantitative Sciences, or related field and equivalent experience 5+ years of experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space, preferably experience in evaluation of MLAI products Self-sufficient in analyzing and drawing conclusions about the quality and product opportunity from raw and refined product data Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
