Engineering Project Manager, Cross-Functional Programs

Understands software development and AIML technologies.
Has expertise working across multi-team verticals including Software Engineering, Design, QA, and cross-functionally with various organizations to manage and track deliverables.
Will be hands-on in product details and requirements, challenged to innovate and strategize new features, and build relationships to achieve results.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of recent Engineering Project Management expertise of AIML technologies and customer-facing applications, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience.
2+ years prior experience supporting mobile; iOS, macOS, etc., or desktop technologies, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience.
Delivery of technologies and services through a full project lifecycle.
Experience managing projects using Agile software development.
A history of supporting engineering teams, building and managing their relationships, and navigating their delivery dependencies.
Bachelor’s degree required in a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience.
Versatile problem solver, equipped with a strong analytical approach to various challenges in complex environments. Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts, and lead the teams to solutions.
Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related subject area.
A background solving technical challenges in an application development environment while supporting the engineering teams.
