Air Freight Operations Officer (5 days / East / Training provided) [EL]

Working days: 830am - 6pm, 5 days including Sat (Sun off)

• Manage air import operations including cargo clearance, warehouse, and transport activities
• Coordinate with ground handlers, vendors, and internal teams for shipment processing
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
• Track shipments from arrival to final delivery
• Support cargo safety and security compliance
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure smooth operations
• Review vendor invoices and operational costs
• Support incident reporting and issue resolution
