Air Freight Operations Officer (Import / East / 5 days including weekend [EL]

• Handle air import operations, including cargo clearance, warehouse activities, and transport coordination
• Liaise with ground handlers and understand their operational workflows
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and relevant regulatory requirements
• Manage service providers involved in cargo terminal clearance, warehouse handling, transportation, and permit submissions
• Track project shipments from arrival to final delivery and documentation confirmation
• Ensure cargo safety and security standards are followed based on SOPs and compliance requirements
• Work closely with Customer Service teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
• Verify and track operational costs and invoices from service providers
• Support incident reporting and assist in resolving issues using 8D and corrective action processes
