Import Operations Executive (Air Freight) / East / 5 days, Sun off) [EL]

• Oversee air import operations covering cargo clearance, warehouse management, and transportation processes
• Understand and coordinate with ground handling agents on operational execution
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and other relevant authorities
• Manage third-party vendors handling terminal clearance, cargo movement, transport services, and import permit declarations
• Supervise project shipments from arrival to final Proof of Delivery/Acceptance, ensuring service accuracy and timeliness
• Implement and enforce cargo safety, security, and compliance requirements in line with customer and industry standards
• Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operational execution and service delivery
• Audit and maintain cost records related to vendor invoices and operational activities
• Support incident investigation and reporting using structured methods such as 8D and corrective action reports
