AME Technical Capacity Specialist
The AME Technical Capacity Specialist is part of EMEA Operations and supports capacity planning, analysis, and governance across the region. The role integrates inputs from Business, SIOP, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and production planning to provide end-to-end visibility of operational capacities, constraints, and risks, and delivers fact-based insights to support EMEA Operations Leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyse capacity-related data across EMEA Operations, including demand outlook, technical capacities, available resources, and operational constraints by collaborating between SIOP, AME and plant planning teams
- Maintain and develop capacity models, scenarios, and dashboards supporting short-, mid-, and long-term planning horizons
- Support SIOP and operational planning cycles by providing validated capacity inputs, gap analyses, and risk visibility
- Analyse impacts of volume changes, mix shifts, ramps, and new product introductions on operational capacity
- Identify capacity bottlenecks, constraints, and mismatches, and support escalation with clear data and scenario-based insights
- Prepare and deliver regular capacity reviews, management summaries, and ad-hoc analyses for EMEA Operations Leadership and VP of Operations
- Support governance of capacity-related actions, including tracking mitigation plans, assumptions, and execution status
- Collaborate with production planners, material planners, AME, and central functions to ensure data integrity, transparency, and consistency
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations planning, capacity analysis, SIOP support, or similar analytical roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with planning, reporting, and analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL, ERP/MRP systems, or similar)
- Ability to structure and analyse complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Fluent in English
- Strong audience-centric communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for operational teams and senior leadership

- Clear, structured communicator comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- High level of discipline, reliability, and ownership of data accuracy

- Understanding of manufacturing environments, capacity drivers, and operational constraints
- Comfort working in cadence-driven planning and governance processes
- Digital curiosity and interest in modelling, automation, and data-driven operational planning
The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 25 200€ to 31 500€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
