Analyst, Sales & Trading (US Equities/Options Broker-Dealer)

You will execute U.S.-listed equities, ETFs, and listed options orders with accuracy and professionalism. You will cover institutional clients, provide market color and trading ideas, and help develop cross-asset products. You will partner with trading, sales, product, operations, and compliance to deliver execution-ready solutions, engage liquidity providers, ensure regulatory compliance, and adopt AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Execute U.S.-listed equities, ETFs, and listed options orders
• Cover institutional clients in a sales trading capacity
• Develop innovative cross-asset products and solutions
• Partner with trading, sales, and product teams to operationalize ideas
• Utilize electronic trading platforms and tools for efficient execution
• Engage and maintain communication with liquidity providers
• Ensure best execution standards and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance teams to deliver client service
• Adapt to new workflows and technologies
• Contribute to build-out of broker-dealer execution capabilities
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of sell-side experience in cash equities and/or equity options trading
• Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and market microstructure including listed derivatives
• Commercial mindset with interest in client-facing work and product development
• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the crypto ecosystem
• Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software; experience with TRAFiX OMS is a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
