Annual QA (Lift Industry)

📍 Work Location: Site-based work across Singapore

🕘Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.

💰 Salary: Basic up to $3010 + $350 Allowances + AWS + VB

Job Description

• Conduct annual inspections and full-load tests on elevator and escalator systems
• Identify and report system faults or irregularities during inspections
• Perform corrective works and adjustments as required
• Ensure compliance with ISO safety and quality standards
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to supervisors
• Support QA team in preparing reports and following up on corrective actions
• Coordinate with other technicians for repair work and site support
• Travel to different sites daily across Singapore for inspection duties

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in lift or escalator maintenance and inspection
• Hands-on experience with full-load testing and mechanical/electrical diagnostics
• Familiar with ISO safety procedures in vertical transportation
• Able to interpret technical schematics and maintenance manuals
