APAC Inbound Logistics Executive
Job Summary
Tetra Pak is looking for an Inbound Logistics Executive who supports SC function within the region with data and logistics KPI analysis and project roll out. You will also provide overview on business update and highlight key areas for attention and improvement.
This role combines operational execution, performance management, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, automation, and process standardization.

As an Inbound Logistics Executive, you will:
- Manage end-to-end inbound logistics operations including transport planning, booking, and shipment execution with Logistics Service
- Providers, forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely material availability. (Execute transport planning and booking together with Logistics Service Providers/Carriers, provide proper documentation for customs clearance and follow up national and import shipments securing factories supply and resolving exceptions and operational issues.)
- Monitor and manage shipment execution, proactively identifying deviations, resolving operational issues, and ensuring service level adherence.
- Execute optimized transport planning and booking together with Forwarders/Carriers and manage inbound shipments according to the schedule agreed with factories.
- Provide and manage documentation under Inbound transportation responsibility (e.g., import declaration, customs documentation, others).
- Collaborate with planning hub, factories and logistics service providers. Support with monitoring orders and communicating deviations taking pro-active actions.
- Ensure track and trace execution within expected service level, by monitoring visibility accuracy, information consistency and solving issues with involved parties.
- Own and analyze logistics KPIs, including cost, service, and visibility, and provide regular regional performance reporting and actionable insights.
- Solve issues and exceptions that might arise with transportation managed by Tetra Pak at warehouse, port, airport, customs, and transportation company.
- Perform freight audits and open dispute with suppliers when rates different from booking/contract.
- Investigate operational failures and propose countermeasures.
- Cross functions to secure a smooth material flow for production and delivery.
- Lead regional coordination and follow-up on improvement actions with cluster and country teams, ensuring alignment with global logistics strategies.
