Application Engineer

The Role:

• Provide pre-sales support to Sales personnel, attending technical clarifications meeting and/or presentation with customers
• Perform design and prepare engineering drawings and documentation as per customer’s requirements
• Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customer’s requirements
• Build up principal relationship and provide customers’ feedback to principal for service and/or products enhancements.
• Value-add to customers’ needs and strengthen relationships with them
• Monitor order administration and/or project execution schedule to ensure customer’s delivery deadline is met

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in M&E Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCad
• Able to work independently with drive & initiative
