Application Support Engineer

What You’ll Do

  • Provide L2 support for production/staging systems; handleL1 escalations
  • Investigate errors, alerts, performance issues &integration failures
  • Perform deep‑dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Work with L3, DevOps & vendors to resolve complex issues
  • Monitor dashboards/logs; execute patches, fixes &config changes
  • Support deployments, releases & maintenance activities
  • Improve runbooks, SOPs & automation for operations
  • Ensure security, compliance & proper incident documentation

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in application/system support (mission‑critical environments)
  • Strong in log analysis & monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK)
  • Comfortable with Linux/Unix
  • Working knowledge of AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS)
  • Basic SQL (MySQL/Postgres) + understanding of REST APIs
