Archi Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements
  • Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
  • Coordinating, organizing, and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
  • Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on architectural matters and ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
  • Provide technical advice to the architectural designers with regard to building regulations
  • Attend meetings with consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Requirements:
  • Candidate are required to be diploma/bachelor's Degree.
  • Candidate are required to have At least 3 Year(s) of HDB/residences construction experience for this position.
