Job Summary

Lead the design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
• Execute project plans by coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Manage project teams internally and externally to achieve project goals and maintain quality
• Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues
• Utilize ArchiCAD and Photoshop software to develop and present architectural designs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of local architectural project experience
• Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Photoshop software
