Job Summary

Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and oversee project execution to meet client requirements and quality standards
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and delivery
• Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and resolve project issues
• Apply Archicad and Photoshop software skills to develop detailed architectural plans and visual presentations
• Coordinate and manage internal and external teams to achieve project goals and maintain collaboration

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
• Proficient use of Archicad and Photoshop software for architectural design and project documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
