ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detail construction drawings, submission drawings and documentations
- Selection of materials and prepare of material boards for presentation to client
- Liaise with clients and consultants on project issues
- Submission works to consultants and the Authorities
- Manage Archi finishing works at site
- Other adhoc duties
Requirements
- Possess positive work attitude, good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
- Good time management to see projects through to completion and in achieve on time completion
- Experience in construction scheduling, field supervision and quality control of construction projects
- Degree or Diploma or relevant qualification of certificates in architectural or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant local experience
- Good knowledge of Architectural specs and BCA quality requirements
- Experienced in residential landed projects shall be an advantage
