Architectural Coordinator

Job Responsibilites

  • Lead in site coordination with all trades
  • Prepare submission of shop drawing/materials/MOS
  • Ensure work is construct in accordance with contract & drawings
  • Liaise with subcontractors,suppliers & etc
  • Carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing/mock up
  • Verify VO and prepare back charge
  • Check & ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
  • Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil or related discipline recognized by PE Board
  • Relevant qualifications of certificates in structural and architectural discipline (eg. NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of work, high quality standards and minimal defects
  • Preferably completed QM project and registered as Coretrade Foreman
  • Good knowledge of archi specs and BCA quality requirement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM
