Architectural Coordinator

Job Description

• Co-ordinate all architectural drawings and works, materials and supervisor work progress.
• Co-ordinate with Architect, Structural & M & E staff member to resolve any related problems and issues.
• Co-ordinate with supplier & sub-con and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
• Supervise a team of NTS & PRC workers.
• Conduct site inspection & site measurements & etc.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with BCA Conquas/QM and quality control
• Good knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements
• Diploma in Architectural/Building with min 5 years' experience in a private residential
