Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review Architectural drawings with approved plans and site conditions to highlight discrepancies;

• Work out shop drawing / material submission schedule and follow up with the submission / approval process to ensure not delaying site progress;

• Coordinate site/drawings across all trades to avoid clashing and ensure smooth sequencing;

• Conduct site inspections, implement architectural QAQC plans.

• Ensure compliance with RI, TOP, CSC requirements;

• Liaise with consultant team to resolve architectural detailing, technical issues before execution;

• Track architectural progress, prepare progress report and assist in verifying subcon progress claims

• Attending meeting with Clients, Consultants and contractors, record minutes of meeting;

• Proficient with AutoCAD and able to amend drawings

• Liaising with architect ,consultants and subcontractors for architecture matters

• Oversight management of the work of architectural and civil subcontractors

• Ensuring that all drawings , instructions and activities on site are strictly complaint with relevant requirement

• Prepare and submit all daily /weekly reports as required

• Preparation of final account.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at Degree in architecture / structure or relevant qualification of certificates in structural and architectural discipline

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.

• Computer literate and a good team player
