Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors

Ensure design intent is maintained during construction

Resolve technical issues on-site and provide engineering solutions

Check compliance with local building regulations and safety standards (e.g., BCA requirements in Singapore)

Prepare and review material specifications and construction methodologies

Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Manage design changes, variation orders, and technical submissions
Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.

Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
