- Oversee delivery of software components, balancing rapid execution with quality in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Manage and support software-related incidents in the telecommunications environment, ensuring quick resolution and minimal service disruption.
- Provide technical support across integration, middleware, and application layers, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive measures.
