Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of actors, take care of their daily life and work, and to ensure actors can adapt to high-intensity performances with a good mental outlook
• Coordinate the rehearsal and preparation time of the actors, keep abreast of the rehearsal progress and ensure the actors are informed to participate in the rehearsal and performance on time
• Coordinate the needs of the actor's work and life

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in coordinating large-scale performances, and experience in managing a diverse group of actors
• Proficient in word, excel and other office software, able to complete tabulation, statistics and other work skillfully
• With strong overall planning ability to coordinate the work and rest time of the actors
• Coordinate the actors in time when encountering unexpected situations
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
