Artists Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the working time and living time of the actors to ensure the actors maintain a good condition to complete the resident performance

• Coordinate the actors' rehearsal and preparation time, keep abreast of the rehearsal progress and ensure the actors are informed to participate in the rehearsal and performance on time

• Coordinate the needs for the actors' work life balance

Job Requirements:

• More than 5 years' experience in coordinating large-scale performances, and experience in managing large teams

• Have good communication skills, coordination skills, patience and responsibility to help actors adapt to high-intensity performances and emergencies

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
