As a Senior Manager - Sector Operations - AWM (Asset and Wealth Management), you will lead multiple teams of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications, assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

As a Senior Manager, you will apply your strategic vision and comprehensive business acumen to drive project success and maintain operational excellence. You will engage with clients at a strategic level, leveraging your professional skills to deliver impactful results. Your role will involve leading large projects, innovating processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with clients and project teams to drive results on global engagements. You will conduct analyses, develop insights, and contribute to recommendations, participating in business development and thought leadership activities. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams will contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading multiple teams to address complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Conducting analyses and developing insights to support strategic decision-making
- Building Excel models and analyzing extensive data sets to inform project recommendations
- Documenting current and future-state processes to facilitate seamless integration of business applications
- Preparing work plans and supporting project leads in driving results on global engagements
- Engaging directly with clients to facilitate decision-making meetings and contribute to recommendations
- Participating in business development and thought leadership activities to enhance firm capabilities
- Leveraging sector knowledge and technical skills to address strategic challenges in asset and wealth management
- Shaping and articulating business and technology strategies to improve client acquisition and retention
- Involvement in platform modernization and vendor strategy for core wealth platforms
- Integrating business strategy with data/IT architecture and operating model redesign under tight timelines
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine project execution

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: DevOps Engineer certifications, Agile certifications, SAFe or other scaling methodology certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM), or similar PM-related certification
- Demonstrating advanced skills in asset and wealth management transformation
- Leading strategic planning and execution for financial services clients
- Excelling in business data analytics and technology integration
- Managing platform modernization and vendor strategy initiatives
- Developing and implementing business and technology strategies
