As a Kronos Functional - Senior Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle Human Capital solutions. You will be responsible for driving project success by leveraging your skills in business application consulting to deliver impactful results for our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will apply your advanced knowledge and strategic vision to influence and guide teams, confirming operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, providing insights and solutions that address complex business challenges.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will oversee large projects, innovate processes, and motivate teams to solve intricate problems. Your ability to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams will contribute to the overall success of our firm. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to enhance project delivery. Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management solutions for clients
- Managing complex projects involving Oracle HCM Cloud, confirming timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework and Oracle SQL Developer to enhance system functionalities
- Conducting business process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations and increase efficiency
- Overseeing workforce analytics and planning to support strategic human resource decisions
- Collaborating with clients to develop and execute change management strategies for successful system adoption
- Providing guidance on Oracle Compensation and Benefits Administration to align with organizational goals
- Facilitating employee engagement surveys and implementing strategies to improve organizational culture
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive project success and client engagement
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Leading strategic human resource planning initiatives
