assistant Cook
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup.
- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Prepare and organise ingredients for daily operations.
- Receive and store stock properly.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Support cooks and chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Company as required.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to stand for long hours and perform physical work.
- Team player with good work discipline.
- Experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not required.
