Assistant / Deputy Clinic Manager
Job Summary
We are a GP clinic seeking a Assistant / Deputy Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, support clinical and administrative tasks, manage patient feedback, oversee claims and payments, and drive staff training and marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Perform clinic assistant duties including patient registration, medication dispensing, payment collection, claims submission, and assisting doctors during clinical procedures
- Manage patient feedback and resolve complaints related to operational and medical services
- Oversee insurance and government scheme claims processing, ensuring timely follow-up on rejected or returned claims
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding patient payments to maintain financial accuracy
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies aligned with company policies and business goals
- Supervise clinic staff compliance with company policies and procedures, providing actionable feedback to management
- Manage staff training programs to enhance clinical skills and ensure attendance at relevant courses
- Model and enforce high standards of service and patient care among clinic staff and doctors
- Coordinate formal responses to audit requests in collaboration with the Medical Director
- Execute ad-hoc projects assigned by management to support clinic objectives
- Travel between Yishun and Boon Keng / Bendemeer clinic locations as required
- Work shifts including weekends to maintain clinic coverage and service continuity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in clinic management or healthcare operations
- Ability to manage multi-location clinic logistics and staff coordination
- Skills in marketing strategy development for healthcare services

- Shift work including weekends and weekday nights required
- Travel between Yishun and Boon Keng / Bendemeer areas required
