Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support smooth day-to-day operations at our GP clinics.
  • Attend to all patient enquiries.
  • Greet and register patients, verify insurance, queue management, schedule appointments, dispense medications, invoice and collect payment.
  • Receipt and dispatch of drugs/consumables/investigations.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners.
  • Assist doctor in procedures/being a chaperone.
  • Do basic measurements (eg. weight and height, blood pressure and temperature taking).)
  • Open and close the clinic.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic.
  • Sanitize medical equipment.
  • Any other duties deemed relevant by the clinic manager/ doctor on duty.

Job Requirements:

• GCE O level & above.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferable.

• Knowledge of Medisave claims is preferable.

• Customer service experience will be an advantage.

• Patient-oriented with compassion and good communication skills.

• Responsible team player, meticulous, independent and organised.

• Passionate to learn continuously.

• IT savvy as we are fully computerised.
