Assistant Executive Housekeeper

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in preparation for annual budget of the department.
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper Overseeing the daily operations of the entire operation (or specific functions) of the Housekeeping Department to maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness of all guest accommodation, public areas and other hotel facilities in line with guest expectations.
  • Resolving guest complaints to the guest’s satisfaction within your level of authority.

Knowledge and Experience

  • College diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of similar experience

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Service oriented with a meticulous eye for details
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
