Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in preparation for annual budget of the department.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper Overseeing the daily operations of the entire operation (or specific functions) of the Housekeeping Department to maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness of all guest accommodation, public areas and other hotel facilities in line with guest expectations.
- Resolving guest complaints to the guest’s satisfaction within your level of authority.
Knowledge and Experience
- College diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of similar experience

- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Service oriented with a meticulous eye for details
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
