Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

  • Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basic.

  • Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviation from business plan goals.

  • Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outlet.

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate profit enhancement initiatives in collaboration with Cluster F&B Director, the Culinary and Marketing Departments, while also driving Accor All and Accor Explorer membership enrollments to achieve departmental targets.

  • Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food & beverage costs, productivity, labor costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget.

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred

  • Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

  • High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
