Assistant HR Executive
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs and interview scheduling
- Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientation
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding records accurately
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (new joiners, organisation chart)
- Prepare Employment contracts
- Assist in HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement activities, and process improvements (digitalisation)
- Support training administration (Arrange Forklift/Food Cert Course)
Reception Cover
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g pens, forms and magazines)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock (office supplies & Uniforms & Shoes)
- Update calendars and schedule meeting
Requirements:
- Min diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has relevant experience in mass recruitment, at all levels of staff
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
