Assistant Manager
Brief Job Description:
• Manage and lead team in the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting processes
• Handle complex processes activities
• Work with the CLIENT team to resolve per escalation procedures approved by CLIENT.
• Monitor Aged accounts Receivable activities
• Manage and resolve customer enquiries
• Prepare month end reports
• Ensure adherence to the SLA
• Ensure accurate and timely month end close processing
• Ensure all the activities are completed within due dates specified by CLIENT
• Initiate and facilitate continuous process improvements
• Work closely with team and onsite Team Leads and Managers
• Evaluating and reviewing project accounting for compliance with Client’s corporate accounting policies as they relate to particular service engagements and projects

Technical Skill Requirements:
• Strong accounting knowledge with full cycle O2C experience
• Must be computer literate; Excel, Word, PPT
• Manages mid-size teams (Player/Coach)
• First level escalation for the team members
• Knowledge of JDE & SAP ERP is desired
• Good written and Oral communication skills
• Ability to document the process
• Handles daily /weekly calls
• Review/QC tasks performed by associates
