Assistant Manager
- Ability of managing team & balancing workloads
- Sound knowledge of US Insurance and WC claims life cycle
- Handle assigned claims and leverage digital platforms to enable effective operations
- Communicate with the Onshore Team about any issues that arise
- Ongoing transactions, monitoring and taking corrective actions where necessary or making incremental improvements
- Manage Payment and Forms team
- Ensure no Penalties or Interests are incurred on cases due to delay in processing
- Provide overall view of SLAs & inventory to the stakeholders
- Responsible for overall team performance on defined SLAs
- Capable to manage/ resolve escalations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory/ legislative/ DOI requirements
- Provide inputs and insights to enhance team knowledge and skill
Graduation (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
