Assistant Manager

  • Ability of managing team & balancing workloads
  • Sound knowledge of US Insurance and WC claims life cycle
  • Handle assigned claims and leverage digital platforms to enable effective operations
  • Communicate with the Onshore Team about any issues that arise
  • Ongoing transactions, monitoring and taking corrective actions where necessary or making incremental improvements
  • Manage Payment and Forms team
  • Ensure no Penalties or Interests are incurred on cases due to delay in processing
  • Provide overall view of SLAs & inventory to the stakeholders
  • Responsible for overall team performance on defined SLAs
  • Capable to manage/ resolve escalations
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory/ legislative/ DOI requirements
  • Provide inputs and insights to enhance team knowledge and skill

Graduation (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
