Assistant Manager - Instructional Design

An Instructional Designer creates engaging and effective learning experiences by designing educational materials, courses, and training programs. They work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and meets the needs of the target audience.

• Define and document clear learning objectives
• Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and validate content
• Design and develop instructional materials (eLearning, manuals, guides)
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Create multimedia content (videos, simulations, interactive modules)
• Develop assessments to measure learning outcomes
• Maintain and update course materials for relevance and accuracy
• Integrate content into Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Expertise in instructional design theories and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., reNew)
• Strong visual design and storyboarding skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Project management and collaboration abilities
• Candidates must have a minimum of one year in the current role.
• Should not be on PDP/Disciplinary action within 6 months from date of NOD.
• Should not be on PIP during the time of application.
• Candidates must have a 3.5 or above average/rating for the last 6 months.
• Must have no issues on attendance, reliability and punctuality.
• With recommendations and positive feedback from the support/management team.
