Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement projects for furniture & equipment (F&E)
  • Work closely with stakeholders on sourcing and procurement processes
  • Support strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract management
  • Provide secretariat and administrative support for meetings/projects
  • Support digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Prior procurement and project management experience
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, meticulous, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office and digitally savvy
