About the Role

Launched in May 2024, WH@Home is an innovative “virtual ward” model that enables eligible patients to receive hospital-level care in the comfort of their homes, supported by 24/7 access to a dedicated clinical team. As part of the national MIC@Home initiative, the programme aims to ease pressure on acute hospital capacity while delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care beyond traditional hospital settings.

Built on the principles of Simple, Safe and Scalable Care, WH@Home focuses on what matters most to patients, delivers care with strong safety frameworks, and is designed for sustainable growth without compromising quality.

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to partner closely with Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and Operations teams to advance, operationalise and sustain this transformative care model.

You will drive programme development, implementation and continuous improvement—ensuring WH@Home remains clinically robust, operationally efficient and scalable across the healthcare system.

What You Will Drive

Programme Design & Implementation

  • Partner with clinicians and stakeholders to design and implement clinical and operational care models for WH@Home
  • Develop new referral pathways, care models and service offerings to expand programme reach
  • Identify and implement digital health and system integration solutions to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans across infrastructure, manpower, technology and operations

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Drive data collection, analysis and reporting to support business-as-usual operations and programme evaluation
  • Coordinate reporting requirements across Woodlands Health, NHG, MOH/MOHT and other stakeholders
  • Generate insights to inform decision-making, performance tracking and continuous improvement

Procurement & Resource Management

  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for procurement activities covering medical and non-medical equipment
  • Support equipment standardisation, workflow integration and funding utilisation
  • Develop proposal papers and manage approval processes across sourcing, evaluation and award stages
  • Track timelines and ensure timely follow-through of key actions

Strategic Development & Partnerships

  • Support strategic planning and long-term development of WH@Home
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, cluster counterparts and external partners including community providers and PHIs
  • Provide secretariat support for committees and workgroups
  • Drive initiatives to improve financial sustainability and operational efficiency

Operational & Cluster Support

  • Provide operational coverage for cluster-level activities when required, ensuring continuity of key functions
  • Support cross-departmental and cluster-wide initiatives to strengthen integrated care delivery

Governance & Administrative Excellence

  • Support annual work planning and budgeting processes
  • Serve as secretariat for steering committees and workgroups
  • Provide structured administrative and coordination support across programme priorities
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required in a dynamic environment

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, service delivery or project coordination; healthcare experience is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting and process coordination
