Assistant Creative Marketing Manager

We are seeking a commercially minded, digitally savvy and trend-driven Assistant Creative Marketing Manager to support the growth of food, retail and building local brands. This role works closely with the respective management team with strong cross-functional collaboration across operations and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Growth
Campaign Strategy & Execution
· Platforms and loyalty initiatives.
· Drive initiatives to increase footfall, delivery sales and brand engagement.
· Track, analyse and report on campaign performance with actionable insights for optimisation.
Digital & Social Media
· Manage and grow official social media platforms and digital channels.
· Develop engaging, trend-driven content that resonates with local audiences.
· Stay ahead of social trends, viral movements and emerging digital formats to keep brands culturally relevant.
· Work closely with agencies, content creators, media and KOLs to amplify brand reach.
· Support paid media planning and performance marketing efforts.
AI & Innovation
· Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, content creation, campaign ideation and data analysis.
· Experiment with new digital technologies and platforms to improve productivity and creative output.
· Continuously explore innovative ways to modernise traditional F&B marketing approaches.
Brand & Communications
· Ensure consistency in brand positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints.
· Design& develop marketing collaterals (print and digital) and oversee production timelines.
· Work closely with operations teams to ensure effective campaign rollouts at outlets.
· Manage customer feedback channels and support reputation management.
Market Intelligence& Partnerships
· Conduct competitor and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
· Maintain strong relationships with delivery aggregators and strategic partners for joint campaigns.
· Coordinate with POS vendors and internal teams on pricing updates and promotional mechanics.
Requirements
· Positive working attitude with a good personality.
· Min.3years of relevant experience in marketing.
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business or similar subject
· Highly organised, responsive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Results-oriented, independent, strong work ethic, and a strong team player.
· Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with stakeholders and tenants).
· Social Media Analytics and advertising experience with a good knowledge of the F&B industry will be an advantage.
· Strong interest in social media trends, pop culture and viral content, SEO, SEM, WordPress, HTML (not a must)
· Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, research and workflow efficiency.
· Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design software.
· Responsive in dealing with multiple stakeholders in a deadline driven environment.
· Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Experience in online marketplaces and e-commerce would be a plus.
