Assistant Operations Executive / Operations Executive

Job Description

  • Process, track, and monitor customers’ orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide confirmation and delivery schedule of goods to the customers.
  • Update customers on the changes to the delivery schedule of their order(s).
  • Liaise with relevant parties on logistics arrangements.
  • Monitor orders and follow up with customer(s) on outstanding payments.
  • Handle documentation and ensure records are properly maintained.
  • Support in preparing invoices, COO and other work orders.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries related to operations.
  • Prepare outgoing samples, update sample stock list and arrange courier to customers.
  • Work closely with sales, production and warehouse personnel on day-to-day activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Experienced applicant(s) may be assessed as Operations Executive.

Requirement

  • Possesses minimum "O" level / ITE certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience in order processing, tracking and shipment coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail in pricing verification and order management.
  • Ability to respond to customers' enquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office application.
  • Must be willing to attend training between 3-4 weeks at our Kaki Bukit Office [Entrepreneur Business Centre]. After training, candidate will be stationed to work at our office in Pioneer [West Park BizCentral].
