Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Handle inbound Goods Receipt Notes (GIN) and update inventory records accordingly
  • Coordinate and execute inter-company inventory transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and inventory management.

Educations

  • Minimum Secondary education and above
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration or inventory management preferred
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software
  • Team player with good communication skills
