Assistant Pastor - Mandarin Service

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and spiritually grounded individual to shepherd and grow our church community through discipleship, evangelism, and prayer leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and shepherd one or more Care Groups (CGs)/tribes.
• Organize CG events for evangelism, discipleship, and community bonding.
• Provide leadership for the Prayer & Intercession Ministry.
• Develop and implement discipleship initiatives such as RPG, and Bible reading within CGs.
• Oversee and support church-wide events and ministry activities.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Pastors.
• Strengthen prayer leadership and intercession culture.
• Successfully plan and execute ministry events and initiatives.

Requirements

Passion for discipleship, evangelism, and pastoral care.

Strong leadership and communication skills. Mandarin is a requirement.

Experience in leading small groups or ministry teams preferred.

Spiritually mature and able to work collaboratively in a ministry environment.
