Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager (Main Con)General Building exp

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee full project lifecycle from design, tender, and construction to handover.

  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and health & safety (HSE) requirements.

  • Conduct design and site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.

  • Review design drawings for constructability and value engineering opportunities.

  • Monitor site progress, schedule adherence, and cost performance.

  • Lead project reviews, manage variations, and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building or construction project management.
