Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sector

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, shipowners, contractors, and offshore operators

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

• Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and project follow-ups

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery

• Achieve individual and team sales KPIs and targets

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marine and offshore projects from initiation to completion

• Liaise with ship-owners, shipyards, offshore contractors, and vendors on project requirements
