Assistant Shop Manager

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop
  • Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop
  • Follow up on customer's appointment and feedback
  • Train team members, motivate team's morale and resolve staff issues
  • Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies
  • Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations
  • Supervise opening and closing procedures including daily cash reconciliation
