Assistant Store Manager

  • To oversees and ensure smooth operation of the Outlet and raise the KPI;
  • Manage and lead the store and associated Team. To lead Team Leaders and Store Team Members to provide optimum customer service, ensure store-wide adherence to the company operational procedures, and achieve sales growth and profitability;
  • Responsible for the timely, accurate, and legible submission of all reports;
  • Staff recruitment and management;
  • Providing overall leadership for the company, overseeing the general operation of the store;
  • Performs other duties (within skill and training) as assigned by the Operations Manager.
