Assistant Spa Manager
The Assistant Spa Manager provides vital support to the Spa Manager in ensuring the flawless operation of the spa facility. With a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, the Assistant Spa Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, coordinates staff schedules, and maintains high service quality standards. This position entails collaborating with various departments within the hotel to create a seamless and integrated guest journey. The Assistant Spa Manager contributes to developing innovative spa treatments, assists in staff training and development, and assists in financial management to optimize revenue generation and uphold the hotel's reputation for luxury and relaxation on a global scale.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A diploma or certification in Spa Management, Wellness, or a similar discipline is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the spa or hospitality industry, with exposure to guest service, daily operations, or supervisory responsibilities.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and operational capabilities.
Guest Service Orientation: Track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistently meeting or exceeding expectations in a luxury setting.
Business Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and basic financial analysis, as well as experience supporting marketing initiatives and promotions.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with the spa team, collaboration with other departments, and engagement with international guests.
Wellness Knowledge: Good understanding of spa treatments, wellness concepts, and industry trends, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
